Mosaic Partners were engaged by a large regional employer to develop and implement a coaching strategy to embed change at behavioural level to positively enhance organisational culture and support ambitious growth plans.
To support the organisation to develop and implement coaching and mentoring strategy whilst developing in-house capability to promote a coaching and mentoring culture, aligned to corporate strategy.
Mosaic completed a detailed desk-top analysis of the organisation’s history, culture and strategy before producing a bespoke project plan to deliver the desired outcomes.
After completing a detailed needs analysis, Mosaic designed and delivered a fully customised Chartered Management Institute (CMI) accredited in-house coaching academy, aligned to business objectives, working with senior management through to first line performance coaches.
Mosaic has provided consultancy support during the successful implementation and integration of coaching and mentoring across this organisation.
This project is currently still in progress, however the following initial results and impact have been reported:
