Mosaic Partners were engaged to support the region’s talent integration specialists, NRG, in a leadership recruitment and succession planning project for a scaling digital business based in the North East.
To work in partnership with NRG to provide consultancy support to a pair of successful local entrepreneurs who were looking to build internal leadership capability and develop talent and succession plans to help grow their business effectively.
Working in close partnership with NRG’s Chief Executive and the Executive Recruitment Team, Mosaic completed a detailed analysis of the organisation’s history and growth strategy. We consulted with the business leaders regarding areas of strength, cautions and gaps that existed in the leadership team at that time. The results of this exercise and reporting were then used to develop leadership and succession plans to support growth ambitions.
Mosaic liaised closely with both the client and NRG throughout the search and selection process, carrying out role benchmarking and profiling all shortlisted candidates to form an additional layer in the recruitment process with an emphasis on behavioural and cultural fit.
