Our challenge at Siemens Gamesa was to introduce a coaching culture to a business with potential candidates across Europe and the Middle East.

We wanted to work with Mosaic Partners because we had an instant rapport, we liked their positive ‘can do’ demeanour on first meeting and they are local to our central office.

Mosaic Partners completed the ground work for all the sessions and ensured this was right for both parties, we met on site in Cobalt, discussed our requirements and looked at our culture. We received timely updates on progress and creation of supporting materials as well as offering an organised approach to session planning. They handled sessions professionally, with lots of positivity and interactive elements where possible.

So far, the engagement has been great and feedback on change has been first class when required, they have been very accommodating and supportive of our needs. Receiving regular updates and support with all aspects of the coursework with changes to sessions reflective of our business workload.
