The team is led by Kate (CEO) and Ian Buckingham (Strategy and Consultancy Partner)
The CEO’s domain, the Board room is filled with hero leaders.
There can only be a few.
Yet middle and line managers are the true engagement pivots. They are the chief engagement officers. There are many more of them and their influence is constant.
Core consulting team members are all highly experienced and qualified coaches, each with distinctive specialisms. The team is led by Kate (CEO) and Ian Buckingham (Strategy and Consultancy Partner).

A strong believer in holistic coaching, the development of systems and the link between individual and corporate accountability, as well as being an accomplished leadership coach he is our communications, engagement and change specialist. Not afraid to roll up his sleeves when required, the clients and teams he’s represented have won various accolades for innovation and results focus.
Very much a values-driven consultant, Ian has a particular interest in promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion at work and at home as everything and everybody benefits, especially the bottom line. With Mosaic and elsewhere, Ian has partnered with UK and international clients largely drawn from the CEO’s office, HR, Marcomms and Change functions to help them evolve sustainably.
His clients include organisations as complex as Tarmac, BP and Shell through to other heavy industries, most of the UK banking names, numerous government, public, education and third sector organisations as well as the NHS and healthcare brands.
