A full and active member of the Association for Coaching (AC), Kate is a coach and organisational development specialist with over 16 years’ experience supporting individuals and teams to develop leadership, effect change and positively enhance organisational cultures.

She is most passionate about enabling people to achieve their true potential through coaching in line with organisational needs, empowering businesses to achieve success and growth through their people.

Charlotte is a Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) qualified Organisational Development Practitioner and Coach with 18 years’ experience leading learning and change programmes in a wide variety of businesses.

Louise is the Executive Assistant and Business Manager. Having gained EA and marketing experience in the fashion and retail world, Louise then applied her fantastic organisational skills to running a busy household for many years; these days she comes to work for a well-earned rest!

A creative and organisational force with a lovely nature to boot, Louise most enjoys engaging with our clients and ensuring everyone at Mosaic is doing what they should be doing, when they should be doing it.

Neil is a Discovery Insights accredited leadership and organisational development practitioner with comprehensive experience of delivering performance enhancing interventions across a variety of business sectors such as Travel, Rail and Logistics that support and exceed strategic targets.

Neil demonstrates excellent inter-personal skills, an exceptional positive attitude and the ability to exceed expectations at all levels. He leads with a dedicated and dynamic approach to developing skills that will enable all employees to enhance individual performance, business results, customer experience, and company brand.

Kelly Cowburn

Kelly is a qualified and DiSC accredited Learning & Development Professional and Project Manager with extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of the training cycle, across a wide range of industries. She has project managed large-scale, complex projects focusing on providing appropriate, engaging and sustainable learning to large audiences across blue-chip organisations.

An experienced designer of thought-provoking and creative learning solutions; Kelly designs learning programs, events, conferences and tools that inspire, engage and motivate people to do things differently, to do things better. In each event I deliver, I aspire to ensure that everyone in the room has a connected, personal and supported learning experience that inspires ‘light bulb’ moments and that they leave the event brimming with ideas and focused on making a difference in their role.
